[book] GitOps Operator #4
Description
When a change to hashbang/book is merged/pushed to master we should have a Git Operator that waits on drone to finish building and then grab the latest digest and deploy it.
This will allow the book to be updated seamlessly with changes that are in master without the intervention of a human
