Improve Nomad UI: show applied filters

Issue

1. It is not clear what filters were applied

2. Also I see some interface glitches how the page is displayed when I use back/forward button in browser. It shows not correct pages:

Reproduction steps

1. I am not sure. This happens after weekend when page was unloaded by FF. When I click on the tab it was loaded without filter.
   Though if I refresh the page it works well.

2. Go through interface. Then just click back button few times and forward few times after that.

Expected Result

1. Filter should be displayed correctly.
2. Correct pages should be displayed.

Actual Result

1. Filter is not shown sometimes
2. Incorrect pages are displayed. They Do not correspond to the address at the address bar.

Hey @EugenKon , thanks for raising. The first of the images is concerning and something I'm surprised to see; the URL filter query params are supposed to be populated into the filter search box on load.

I think one of the ways this COULD happen is if you had a filter for a namespace, and that namespace was subsequently deleted behind the scenes. Any chance it was something like that?

No changes. I did filter on Friday. When I opened this page on Monday I see its content is filtered, but filter is not displayed. Though I still can see ?filter=XXXX at address bar. (Sorry, I did not catch that on the first screenshot).
