Missing metric in documentation: nomad_memberlist_node_instances

Proposal

The metric nomad_memberlist_node_instances is not listed on the Metrics Reference documentation page. I propose that it should be added to the list with a description of what the values indicate.

Hi @SunSparc! Yeah, those metrics bubble up from the https://github.com/hashicorp/memberlist library we use for gossip between server nodes. If metrics get added there by other authors in our org, they won't get documented if we don't notice. I'll mark this work to get done.
