Importer: Azure AD Data

OpenAPI/Swagger definitions for AzureAD are available here: https://github.com/microsoftgraph/msgraph-metadata

Presumably this'll need to be a distinct importer from the Rest API Specs parser, however the Data Generator should be reusable (and can be pulled out into a common library) - but details TBD.

To do this we'll presumably need to refactor out cleanup and models (and potentially generator if we can make it generic enough?) as mentioned above

@manicminer no rush, but would you be able to look at how to parse/what we'd need to do with this data to be able to generate the mapping files we'll need? There'll likely be changes needed for AAD, but it should be mostly reusable

After a quick spike on this, the source is v3 swagger and in YAML that contains labels that are incorrectly interpreted as bools by the un-marshaller (specifically n: and y:) meaning we probably want a custom loader / parser in this case.
