Prefer reference/function completion for `count` and `for_each`

Context

Prior to 0.31.0 we provided completion of references for both count and for_each, e.g.

In latest 0.31.x something has caused the LS to pre-fill object/map and number:

Therefore this can be considered a regression/bug.

Proposal

Finish text edit with empty expression (= ) and trigger completion to bring up any relevant functions and references.
