Hello, what can we do to speed up the merging of this PR?

Due to potential breaking change that can be applied to the beta API and the fragility of behavioural incompatibility between subject and claims_matching_expression this has been implemented as a new resource in #1788

As such, I'm closing this PR. If / when this feature is made GA, we can revisit if this can be a single resource.
