For reference, the provider currently uses 2024-04-01 version of the API (left), the root access props are in 2024-10-01-preview (right)

Waiting on this one until the Azure provider team can discuss.

The enable_root_access feature didn't make it out of the preview API version 2024-10-01, maybe we should hold back. We may consult Microsoft or another team to take this one up.

Hi, I have created a pull request to address this issue: #28996.
Summary of changes:

1. Updated create, update, and read functions to handle the new property.
2. Updated the documentation to include the new property in machine_learning_compute_instance.html.markdown.
3. Wrote and ran tests to ensure the changes work as expected.

I would like to contribute further to this. Kindly assign me to this issue.
