Increase error message verbosity (when creating a new ACL Policy)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. Create a new (dedicated) vault and access via UI and admin token
2. Create a new ACL Policy
3. Insert policy content and click on 'Create Policy' button in the menu/proper dialogue
4. Forget to specify an ACL Policy name
5. Receive the error message reading

What is happening here and what is wrong? Idk.

A more user friendly cosmetic correction. An error message telling me what is wrong.

Google AI Mode was teaching me more about your product than your docs (but your docs are still better than some of your competitors) 😅

I'll create an bug for our engineers asking them to clarify the error message when a blank name is provided.
