[ENHANCEMENT]: Export Hashlist LineCount

Description

Via the RowAction menu of a hashlist, a file can be created with the "Export Hashlist" button.

If this file has no lines, the value “null” is entered in the DB column ‘lineCount’ in the “File” table.

It would be good if the backend did not enter “null” here but “0”.

It is always set to null, even when there are lines in the file. I think it is set to null to signal that the file still needs to be counted? So that the user can decide whether it wants to count the file or not? But this is just speculation from my part. Maybe @s3inlc knows why it is designed this way
