[BUG]: UI - not able to update priority and max agents as admin

### Description

The code "tasksRoleService.hasRole('update')" doesnt seem to properly work. If I have an user with all permissions and go to the task page i am not able to update priority and max agents and it seems that this hasRole will always result into false.
