We can pre-empt the names of all output JS, so really the site HTML can be rendered out before running browserify et al.

This is just for dev loop, right? (If we were to hash the outputs, eg. for production builds, we'd be looking at a different dependency flow, as the HTML would need to know the hashed filename.)
