DOCUMENTATIONS:  Naming CSS classes When using Blazor and SharpStyles

I know this might not be the best place since the repo says C# Coding Standard. But, I am putting it here for documentations purposes:

So from now on, we gonna do `component-type-element`
So Login is the component
The type is logo
the element is the division or textbox and so on.
