Does not work with HA version 4.7 later

Hi! I find that version 4.7 HA was the last one that worked well.
When I update, not only does it not say the text, but the automatisms also stop.
I have tried several HA versions, which are newer than 4.7
If I call the service, it will display an error.
I have a lot of automation, none of which works with this TTS.
My config:
