  postgres 13.8

Expected behavior
What did you expect to happen instead?
Just observing this in the container logs

hey @akeating - date_bin was added in PG 14. we don't officially support PG 13 AFAIK, and we don't test on it. would recommend upgrading to a newer version if you can! going to close this 😄
