integrating stm32l422

Can someone explain or tell me if the stm32L422 is supported with TinyUSB I am having a hard time integrating TinyUSB into my current project.

Some background:

I have created my own PCB using the STM32l422 when I tried usb_device.h it works so clock configuration and pcb should be good.

Now when I try to use Tinyusb I got the error "USB device not recognized"
