Update remaining component repos with extended naming

Description

Apply extended naming pattern to all remaining component repositories.

Repositories

• HALPI2-daemon → +any+hatlabs
• HALPI2-firmware → +any+hatlabs
• cockpit-dockermanager-debian → +any+main

Implementation

For each repository:

1. Update build workflow to add suffix
2. Test with pre-release
3. Verify routing to correct distributions/components

Acceptance Criteria

• All repositories updated with correct suffix
• Hat Labs packages (+any+hatlabs) appear in legacy stable/main + all distro-specific hatlabs
• General packages (+any+main) appear in all distro-specific main (NOT legacy)
• Full rebuild correctly routes all packages

Dependencies

• Update remaining component repos with extended naming #37 (halos-marine-containers updated)

Implementation Requirements

MANDATORY: Follow halos-distro/docs/DEVELOPMENT_WORKFLOW.md during implementation.

Implementation Update

Extended naming implementation is now being combined with workflow refactoring per cockpit-apt#73 pattern. This provides:

• Extended naming support (+any+hatlabs or +any+main suffixes)
• Improved CI/CD workflows (eliminate parallel builds, ~50% CI time reduction)
• Reusable workflow templates across all halos repos
