Instructions disappear in new round

After creating a new round and saving, the round is created without any text in the Instructions field. Anything typed there during setup is deleted. Text can only be saved by editing an existing round

I did experience the same today. I had long-ish instructions when creating round "Uzvarētāju noteikšana" in "Wiki Loves Monuments 2017 LV".

@yarl I experienced it once, it has been working fine ever since for me.
