Time settings when creating a new campaign

Currently, Montage is requesting mm/dd/yyyy and am/pm settings when creating new campaigns.
Please change this back to dd/mm/yyyy and the 24-hour clock, as it was before the update.

Proposed by Mahmoud is to use YYYYMMDD format to make it universal, plus the before mentioned 24 hour clock instead of am/pm.

The current setting is very confusing for me.
