Support lines (ways) or points (nodes) for a task

Usage : a task could be an hiking/cycling routes, aerialways… to update or integrate it

On the map STM could:

• create a polygon by automatically adding a buffer around the node/way
  and/or
• add a marker at the beginning or centroid of a way or to a single node

Hi, thanks for the feature request. I also think it's reasonable to support other geometry types 👍
