Can't Uninstall 1.2.3 and Can't Update on Windows

So I started up Haveno via Reto in Windows 11, and it informed me that my current version is outdated (1.2.3).

I backed up my data, and went to uninstall, but it is saying that "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable". It is looking for the path to the installation package "main.msi". I found it in regedit, but renaming it doesn't work, and deletion seems to make things worse.

I have coins on there, and am stuck being unable to install 1.6.0, nor am I able to uninstall 1.2.3, as it all leads to the same error.

I never had this issue updating to 1.2.3, but now I am completely stuck.

EDIT: After I press cancel on the above error, the test it shows says, "The installation source for this product is not available. Verity the source exists and that you can access it"

I used a force uninstaller, and it worked, but now installing the program shows EXACTLY the same error, and my worries about lost coins are doubled lol.

After the error, the installer says something along the lines of "Unable to remove previous version of Haveno. Please contact support".
The uninstaller I used completely removes all info, including registry files, so now I'm super unsure about what can be blocking the installation of the newer version?

In a worst case, you can copy your entire application folder to another operating system (e.g. an Ubuntu VM running on Windows), to recover your entire application, so there should be no risk of lost funds.

That's a backup plan, although the reason I'm using Windows in the first place was that I had trouble launching the UI in Linux (but that was a long time ago & so its definitely updated by now)
