Use Spring Boot Jolokia starter & Camel Quarkus Jolokia extension

We now have:

• Camel Spring Boot Jolokia Starter

• Camel Quarkus Jolokia extension

Which means the example projects could drop usage of the Jolokia agent and its associated configuration and instead leverage the configuration options exposed by the above mentioned components.

For Camel Quarkus, the configuration is as simple as adding a configuration property to application.properties like:

quarkus.camel.jolokia.kubernetes.client-principal=cn=hawtio-online.hawtio.svc

There's also native support, so this restriction could also be removed.
