JMX tree panels usability

Hi!

The left panel with MBeans tree and the right panel with data has common scrolling and it is very very VERY inconvenient behavior.

It is possible to update Hawtio Core? As I see the latest Hawtio Core have not this problem.

It's not possible to update Hawtio Core without releasing an updated Hawtio-Online so I'll see if an upgrade to later Hawtio Core fixes the problem and look to making an incremental release if that fixes the problem.

So this video, shows the scrolling up and down of both views, I think.

So I have also a dev install of hawtio-online using the latest 1.8 hawtio/react and it appears the behaviour is still present.

So that being the case, I think its something that needs to be looked at in @hawtio/react and then it can be consumed. Will require more than just a quick incremental release.

@phantomjinx I agree it can be improved at the @hawtio/react side. Feel free to raise an issue at hawtio/hawtio-next.
