xcode 10 build error

error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.
试过重新pod install 还是不行！

Build Settings 上点击 + 号 Add User Defined Settings，添加两个自定义变量
PODS_PODFILE_DIR_PATH -> ${SRCROOT}/.
PODS_ROOT -> ${SRCROOT}/Pods
看看能不能解决问题。不过建议把 build 环境更换到和作者一样的，xcode Version 9.4 (9F1027a)
pod version 1.6.0.beta.1 这样错误会少一些
