Add queuesSize/queuesCapacity metric to inputs of SenderTasklets #2963

Description
We have these metrics for ProcessorTasklet, but we do miss them for the SenderTasklet. If the network is the bottleneck, these queues would be full, but we currently don't see it in metrics.
