Future of HIVE

We need to decide on a few very important questions:
1. Do we need Lerna? If no, can we remove it?
2. Do we need pnpm? If no, can we remove it?
3. Do we need a monorepo? If no, should we have several repos (UI, icons, helpers) or we can just have one repo and one library?
4. How can we make visual regression testing less painful and less time consuming?
