ghost cleanup on paste causing mass re-sorting

Not a bug but an unfortunate case.

Participant B cut this code:

then went here:

and then pasted:

this looks to have caused the ghost arrow from the fun to be cleaned up in favor of the arrow in the pasted section, causing the bulk of the program to be interpreted as a pattern, causing mass chaos.

this one doesn't have the ghost jumping aspect, but is still an example of the kind of confusion that can arise from mass resorting:

whereas if this was plain text, could just add > to = and it would be good.
