Face-recognition on Pi Bullseye

Since the camera setup has changed from picamera to libcamera the face recognition that works on laptops is broken on Pi4/Bullseye. One solution will be to wipe the SD card and go to a previous release. See this: https://core-electronics.com.au/guides/face-identify-raspberry-pi/ for confirmation of the problem. Just recompiling OpenCV **will not** fix this.
