Use Material Alert Dialog instead of normal Dialog.

As Dialog is too old now, there should be an option to use the new Material Alert Dialog or it should be that by default. That will help a lot of developers to provide a Visual Consistency throughout the app as most of the apps follow the Material 3 guidelines.

This is actually an enhancement/feature request that would make a huge difference to the library.
