OPAM 2.0

Main OPAM repository now requires OPAM 2.0:

[ERROR] The current version of OPAM cannot read the repository "default". 
        You should upgrade to at least version 2.0.

[ERROR] Could not fetch repo

but ocamlbrew-install -r still installs OPAM 1.2.2. Do you have any plans to upgrade?

Hey! Sorry for taking so long to respond.

I'd like to upgrade at some point but it'll be a little while before I have a chance to do so. PRs are welcome if you find time! Otherwise this is on my todo list, unfortunately behind many other things.
