Production Environments Gone

Hello,

Since the update over the weekend, I have lost my production environments. I only can see the sandbox environments. The most important production environment that was set to be trained to and go live is the one labeled Iaso.

The commonality of the production environments I am no longer seeing is that they were spun up by me. The sandbox environments were created when Trace had to set up the environments.

Please let me know if there is something I am doing wrong.

No worries no data is lost. ;-)

We only migrated the workspaces that had activity since August 2025 - Of course, we can migrate additional ones, but if nothing has been done (so, assuming it would be easier to create new ones). Please advise.

Can you also please communicate your PROD workspace names? Did I create them for you or you did it yourself?

Whew, I had started writing draft procedures in there and configuring for the training event. The environment was called Iaso. If you could migrate this workspace, I would be forever grateful.
