Migrating/importing into Huly Cloud

I created a new account in Huly Cloud and am trying to import a project that I prepared in the Unified Import Format (originally exported from height.app as a CSV).

In the Tracker I clicked the New Issue dropdown and clicked on 'Import', but this just opened the standard New Issue dialog.

I can't tell if this is a bug or if importing just isn't supported on Huly Cloud? It would seem like a huge missed opportunity to onboard existing teams that are inevitably tied to their existing project management system, and who aren't going to bother self-hosting Huly. Height.app are sunsetting their product so there's potentially a lot of prospective users floating around assessing their options at the moment.
