Refresh causal analytics JSONs from desktop

Computed on StephanOffice in 0s via update_redlines_analytics.sh against
138.201.62.161:5432 (redlines + war_datasets DBs). Statsmodels VAR/Granger/IRF/LP/
event-study; the VPS pipeline lacks statsmodels so this step runs locally.
