How much effort to take this to primetime?

I love Taylor methods for ODEs, and feel like this would be a great addition to the library. So I have a couple questions:

1. How much effort would it be to get this into the trunk of ODEInt?

2. Are you guys still interested in adding this capability or do you think it's not super relevant and/or too much work?

This is a wierd coincidence, but I was just directed to this library about 20 minutes ago. I wouldn't mind helping finish off what's needed, but I need a little direction to get started so that I solve the problems not add features.
