Complete Mood Converter Models

Add more source methods to the mood converter beyond the current two (Mira, HDS Native): map common mood vocabularies from Apple Health, How We Feel, Daylio, Clue, Ovia, and clinical PHQ-9/GAD-7-derived mood states to the 5D vector space.
