Sonic Generations isn't being recognized on Windows

I'm sorry if this is me being dumb but i'm trying to play generations and its not at all getting recognized by the mod manager

Gens is in the commons folder like normal but the app just doesn't recognize it at all
What am i doing wrong???

well i guess, but wouldn't that mean the old hedgemodmanager wouldn't recognize it aswell? the old one recognizes it but the new one doesn't

HMM 7 uses a different detection method. HMM 8's detection method is a bit buggy at the moment.
