Am i doing this wrong? build doesnt work

How do you build this project, i downloaded the repo and I used cmake to build the project, however it fails every single time, am i missing something?

Are there any specific requirements? or better yet if someone could just inform me on how to build this?

1)First of all install git
2)after installation write: git clone --recursive https://github.com/hedge-dev/XenonRecomp.git (link of XenonRecomp)
3)install clang-cl in Visual Studio installer (or install clang-llv?)
4)after that in parameter of CMAKE write (ClangCL)
5)After that it should compiled

Unfortunatelly, there are not many enthusiast; I'm stuck on toml -generation, because it's wrong and I don't have any idea how to fix the table.
