Implement "harmony freeze mode" #3
Description
There could be a button which upon press will perform a reverse VQT transformation of the current analysis state and then play the resulting sound until pressed again. This would allow the user to "freeze" the currently sounding harmony and play it continuously even after it has ended.
Of course, time-based variations like a vibrato will get lost by this if implemented in the most basic and straightforward way. And as the VQT has been optimized mainly for visual usefulness, it's also not clear whether the result after the reverse transformation will sound good at all. It would be a fun experiment, though.
