Open REPL when no arguments to Helios executable are supplied #6

@ta5een

Description

@ta5een

Summary

Much akin to other programming languages with a REPL environment, supplying no arguments to the Helios executable could spawn a new REPL instance instead of displaying the usage information. Users may still have the option to view the usage information with the -h or --help options, or an invalid argument.

This may be intuitive and welcoming for newcomers who have experience in languages with REPL support and expect such behaviour from Helios. This will also be fairly easy to implement.
