heliumvote.com does not honor devnet/testnet for wallet app settings, regardless the prodnet wallet funds are used.

The old realms used to have a toggle or an appended ?=devnet at the end of the url

Both Helium Wallet and Phantom suffer the same issue when connecting to heliumvote.com
