allow creating a file from current buffers directory

I would like a command like :o from the current buffers directory,

or a shortcut when inside of E would be cool too

creating new files in the same directory as a buffer is the main I use separate terminals for while using helix still

Do the following: :o C-" % and that will paste the current path into the prompt. You can then delete the filename (e.g. via C-w) and write the new filename.
