LSP and color highlighting are not working correctly in react files

I'm having problems with autocompletes and color highlights in react projects

$ hx --version   
helix 23.05 (7f5940be)

$ hx --health jsx

this happens to me as well. Here is a screenshot of a smaller example. Notice the coloring on the header tag
