how do I stop my cursor from jumping around by itself

I don't know if this is a bug or a feature, but it is terrible.

I'm writing Rust, with Rust analyzer enabled as lsp. And helix will sometimes arbitrarily jump my cursor to the position of something that is highlighted by RA. Can be the top of the file when an import become unused after I removed some code.
This is terrible, I want it to stop
