Command :open without .gitignore / ignore

In earlier Helix versions, it was possible to use the :o / :open command with autocompletion without being affected by .gitignore. That was very useful because you could open .env, log files, or other nested files inside folders with autocomplete support.

I never understood why this behavior was removed, since for everything else there is the file picker, which respects .gitignore by default.

Currently its not possible to have :o without .gitignore and the file-picker with .gitignore.

Found out that this PR #12729 will more than likely implement this desired behavior. So when this PR gets merged, this issue should be solved.
