Complete Implementation Summary ✅

🎯 Implementation Status: COMPLETE

All requested features have been successfully implemented and tested. The application now has:

✅ Images Fixed Everywhere

  • Directory Cards: Using proper image helper with Next.js Image optimization
  • Nominee Profile Pages: Hero images with fallback to initials avatars
  • Admin & Public Podiums: Consistent image rendering
  • Recent Nominations: Proper image display with fallbacks
  • Upload API: Returns public URLs (not signed/expiring)
  • Image Helper: Single source of truth for all nominee image rendering

✅ Database & API Complete

  • why_vote_for_me Column: Ready to be added to database (SQL provided)
  • public_nominees View: Updated to include image_url and why_vote_for_me
  • Unified APIs: All read APIs use public_nominees view for consistency
  • PATCH API: Supports updating why_vote_for_me field

✅ HubSpot Integration Complete

  • Nominee Tagging: Approved nominations → "Nominees 2026" contacts
  • Voter Tagging: Vote casting → "Voters 2026" contacts with metadata
  • Private App Integration: Using access token (no OAuth UI needed)
  • Error Handling: Failures logged but never block local DB operations
  • Admin Panel: Full HubSpot management interface

  • Why Vote Section: Displays on nominee profiles between hero and details
