API not detected with `-dirty` server version

I am running Openshift/OKD and have the following kubernetes version.
```
Server Version: 4.12.0-0.okd-2023-03-18-084815
Kubernetes Version: v1.25.0-2786+eab9cc98fe4c00-dirty
```
Unfortunately this version is not detected as v1.25.0 and the plugin will not report and fix APIs that are removed in 1.25.0.
