Helm Chart Dependency Versions Not Matching Specified Versions

Hello, I created a Helm chart with two dependencies specified in the chart file. I put specific versions of the dependencies.
When I run helm dependency build command line, it usually pull the latest versions from the artifactory, even though the versions I specified exist in the JFrog artifactory.

I think you are in the wrong repo for this issue you might want to put it over here at helm/helm. This is for the website.
