Hi all, I am using these two flours: Jovial Organic Einkorn Whole Wheat Flour and King Arthur, 100% Organic Whole Wheat Flour. I am really having issues getting this to rise, and I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. My starter is nearly 3 months old, although I keep it in the fridge. Do I need to do a leavening starter with my refrigerated starter and then proceed to make bread?
