A little puzzled here. I suspect a tex4ht problem but want to be sure before reporting it.

Yep. I can confirm.

In html, name is wrong and link does not work.

In PDF all is very niceeeee.

Now - it works at a previous reference:

I would rather pinpoint the bug and report to Michal… seems to be a combination of things which is puzzling.

Bug reported in michal-h21/make4ht#166 let's see what comes out of it and decide if we work around it or get an easy fix.
