Not so much a problem as it is more that I ran into a situation where I wanted to be able to use Anthropic with streaming tool calling.

To bring the Anthropic implementation more inline with the OpenAI implementation.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternative solutions were to use another package, or hand-roll the whole thing, but I like the interface of lingoose a lot.
