[Feature]: Move the "copy text" button to the system dropdown

On the "All Systems" page, make the system name static text and move the "copy text" functionality to the dropdown as "Copy system name"

Motivation / Use Case

I keep accidentally clicking "copy text" when trying to navigate to a System
